MEDIUM OR TECHNIQUE:  Silk satin ribbon; cotton plain weave between wire wrapped in cotton thread

Woman’s headdress; wide band of striped ribbon in two shades of pink tightly pleated across top and sewn to two wires covered in white cotton threads and tape; bows with streamers at each side
